About Me
I've been making jewellery for about 21 years (that realisation has made me feel old). At the age of 18 I did an apprenticeship where I gained the Freedom of The Goldsmiths Company and The Freedom of the City of London. we made jewellery for prestigious companies such as Cartier, Asprey and Garrards where we were working to exacting standards.
Then I moved to Bath where I worked in a basement for 12 years, never seeing sunlight or breathing fresh air. I was the Workshop Manager for the shop I worked for and had many trainees and work experience students under my supervision. So I have many years experience guiding people in the Ways of a Goldsmith! One of the things I enjoyed about training people was how it makes you think about what you do and why you do it.
